This PR adds an integration test to test a server upgrade process which requires a schema update. This usually happens on the odd numbered minor versions of the Temporal server (i.e.
v1.19.0,v1.21.0).This will be made possible through the charms by simply updating the admin charm revision followed by an update to the server charm revision as outlined in the docs.
