What is this directory needed for?
logs from mongod daemon should go to $SNAP_COMMON/var/log/mongod
logs from mongos daemon should go to $SNAP_COMMON/var/log/mongos
logs from pbm daemon should go to $SNAP_COMMON/var/log/pbm
there is no mongodb daemon, so I am not sure what would go here.
