Add an entry to specify supported platforms of a code.

@ax3l Do you mean platforms where support can be had or platforms which can run the code? The two are very different.

The idea by Seth @txcsvq was to list platforms that the authors officially say their code runs on. Basically what the authors would also document for their code as "my code runs on Linux, macOS and Windows".

Add an entry to specify supported platforms of a code.
