<p>The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved the Department of Cannabis Control’s (DCC) regulatory action to permanently adopt the current emergency regulations, with changes, implementing Assembly Bill 195 which requires that information relating to cannabis goods leaving a licensed retail premises in a delivery vehicle be recorded in the statewide track and trace system. OAL filed the approved regulations with the Secretary of State on November 17, 2023, making them effective the same day. </p>
