Motivation
The plugin should be usable by anyone and it also should have support for more than one cloud system
Modification
Changed the the plugin to be a normal Velocity plugin, and not a CloudNet Platform plugin. Also modified the config and added utility functions for getting the service name
Result
You can use the plugin without a cloud again (i think xD) and you can use simplecloud for the proxy id
