imfeat: Image Feature Descriptor Library for Python
License: GPLv3 (except for third party libraries which have their own licenses)

Goal: Standardize image feature descriptors to facilitate reuse

Object Bank: http://vision.stanford.edu/projects/objectbank/
A binary is included temporarily until it is fully integrated in the build script.  You may need to overwrite it with your own binary if you have a different OS or glibc.  See the thirdparty directory for patched source to fix a few issues.
