This is the first release of Gene Hints! This alpha version was mainly developed in November 2020 as part of a code jamboree in the Data Sciences Platform (DSP) at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

Features:

  • Shows highly cited genes by default, to help prime search interactions
  • Upon searching a gene, shows related genes
  • Hints are displayed as labeled triangles, pointing to genomic locations
  • Support for human, mouse, and rat
