Adds SEO and Atom feed configurations for the relevant gems.

I thought I'd commented but somehow I didn't. Anyway, thanks @vvveebs for the contribution, this looks really great. I'll try to test it out soon and expect to merge it in before the first v1.2 beta.

Apologies I didn't merge this in prior to 1.2 release! I didn't get get one of the plugins fixed and working with 1.2 until right up to the last minute, argh. Anyway, hopefully we can do this shortly.

@neilvanbeinum This would be great to get into the 1.3 release. I think it just needs updating to remove the -g bridgetown_plugins stuff, and use the add_initializer action, so that it's supporting the new Bridgetown plugin configs. You can also use the add_gem action. See https://github.com/bridgetownrb/bridgetown-activerecord/blob/main/bridgetown.automation.rb for an example.
