PAYMENTREQUEST_n_ITEMAMT exists and use PAYMENTREQUEST_0_ITEMAMT, but L_PAYMENTREQUEST_0_ITEMAMT or L_PAYMENTREQUEST_n_ITEMAMT doesn't exists.
