Dockerized MySQL and MariaDB with phpMyAdmin

• Clone this repo
• Run docker-compose up -d
• Open phpmyadmin:
  • mariadb 10.4.8: http://localhost:3001/
    • Hint. Initial startup needs up to 60 seconds!
  • mysql 5.7.24: http://localhost:3002/
  • mysql 8.0.18: http://localhost:3003/
• Clean up with clean.sh
