Add spatial reference frame info to channels.json file (#418)

* Remove motion.json ref frame fields

* Add motion.json

* Add column reference_frame to channels.tsv

* Add reference_frame column to channels.tsv

* Add reference_frame column to channels.tsv

* Add channels.json for reference frame information

* Rename CoordinateSystemDescription in channels.json to ReferenceFrameDescription

* Rename ReferenceFrameDescription to Description

To avoid redundancy in channels.json
