This PR is targeting step 2 of #2 and is directly based on https://github.com/IronOxidizer/instant-pi

This initial version can boot in 4.7 seconds.

TODO:

  • Add support for wifi + wifi configuration (nmtui)
  • Add support for gomuks

This version is the has the minimum requirements for hdmi + wifi + ntp + ssl + wifi. Will wait for a test device (currently being shipped) before moving from draft to ready for review, as I still need to figure out the driver situation for the custom display + keyboard.

Don't think we'll need HDMI - the display is connected via SPI
