Description:

This ticket to set up a small OpenShift development namespace. This space will be used to set up an api (or middle piece) to connect to the FTA oracle database which will then be used to populate a database in AWS (#70)

Acceptance Criteria:

  • request OpenShift environment
  • onboarding into environment for devs is set up and completed
  • devs can access environments
