Description:

This ticket is to set up the connection from FTA oracle database to the new openshift database and environment set up in #69. This is the implementation of #70 spike.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Link (API) to oracle database is created within openshift

Development Checklist:

  • create and deploy api in openshift
  • deployment pipeline from github to openshift
    • first iteration may be doing this manually
  • create a method for getting this data out of openshift via api

Dependencies

Notes:

  • security requirements for connecting directly to the protected C data in FTA oracle database (legacy tool) exists with openshift, hence why we are using that first (even though RST data is not confidential or secretive)
