Description
In the updated version of BCMI, attempting to open any permit or report document on a major mine page results in the user being redirected back to the home page instead of the accordion opening and showing the attached documents.
Fixes #
Fixed incorrect attribute used in accordions due to updated bootstrap version.
Fixed bug with footer showing on map screen.
Fixed bug not cleaning up pvc's in dev environment after a PR is closed.
