MANUAL STEPS:

For Issue : Account Screen- Assign Label Button is missing in StagingA

Should uncheck then check back the button Assign Label under:
Setup /Object/Account /List View Button Layout/Edit Uncheck (Assign Label) Check back (Assign Label)
