you can do as follows:

1. download a new copy of bambustudio codes and checkout to the master branch,
   for example "git checkout origin/master"
2. merge your changes from your old po file directly to the po file in the new git
   you can use a compare tool such as beyong compare to do with it
3. submit the changes again in a new pull request

as I can't judge whether the Russion words correct or wrong
