Updates 🏗️

  • Update SOR package to 4.1.0-beta.0.
    • Adds configurable connecting tokens for Boosted Paths where pools containing tokenIn/Out and connectingTokens will be used in Boosted Path creation.
    • Add sorConnectingTokens with some initial token details.
  • Change to BAL emissions calculation for APRs. Use current weekly emissions and extrapolate to a year.
  • Gnosis-chain token and pool info
