IgnoreCfgReqPos

If the IgnoreCfgReqPos flag is set for a client then the window manager will not consider a change in position when it comes to configure request events.

This is primarily used as a workaround for buggy clients that do not behave.

One example of this is the Steam client which can get confused about where it is and where it wants to be, resulting in it jumping around on the screen every time the window receives focus. Not everyone experience this and it is not clear how to replicate this consistently.
