This PR is a draft contribution to CHAOSS project badging. It includes:

1. Contextualizing Text
2. A web friendly PNG File
3. Graphic source in .graffle format.

The graphic needs some work. I can either make changes, or an actual artist with Omnigraffle can, which is one reason I included the source. I do think some context not unlike what I provide will help make it clear "How can you evaluate DEI in FOUR metrics.".... "Um, we can't, but here's why we chose these four in our drive for sanity and not self destructive project reviewing mania."

@sgoggins are the images available in something that could be edited without using Omnigraffle? I don't have that software and only have a 14 day trial.

Also, I wonder if we should include the explanation of 'why' along with the image in the DEI.md file. Perhaps that information is better suited to a file that we could link to in the DEI.md file.
