…cial regex characters in the -f parameter. By default it will remove special characteres, so that file names with special characters like "The.Handmaids.Tale.S02E03.WEBRip.x264-TBS[eztv]" will be matched correctly.
…language is selected, ".<lang>" will not be appended to the subtitle file. Mixed language subtitles will not have the languages appended to the filename.

Updated packages to work with current version of Node and removed packages with known vulnerabilities.
Added a new parameter "-s" do signal use of special escape characters in the file pattern, now files with special characters will be accepted by default (e.g. "The.Handmaids.Tale.S02E03.WEBRip.x264-TBS[eztv].mkv").
Changed default language if none is selected to English. If only one language is selected, "." will not be appended to the subtitle file. Mixed language subtitles will not have the languages appended to the filename.
