What does this PR do?
This adds an example of using S3 Tables in JupyterLab Notebooks with Spark Operator.
Motivation
Having examples of using S3 Tables interactively is very useful for those who are not familiar with S3 tables and would like to start interactively. It also makes it easy for users to test their changes to the Spark Operator script.
