Metadata for the koala samples, including sample custodianship, used in the paper published in Ecological Applications - "Genomics identifies koala populations at risk across eastern Australia".

Two supporting information tables also included detailing the runs of homozygosity size classes and Gene Ontology terms calculated within the paper.
