EpiSyStem Workshop Tutorial: Getting Started

1. Set up your computing environment, by following the cocalc_manual.pdf.

2. Download IGV from http://software.broadinstitute.org/software/igv/download

NOTE: IGV is a pre-built binary that runs on Java. You should already have Java installed on your system. In case it's not installed/updated (error while executing IGV), please visit the Java download page and install Java.

Running IGV can be simply started (without installation) by double-clicking on the downloaded file for MAC and linux. For, windows, we can install the file using .exe file and execute it from the "programs" menu.

3. Start the tutorial by following the scChIC-seq_tutorial.pdf document.
