This is a maintenance release with the following changes:

  1. improve automatic PL scrambling detection on Eutelsat 5W et al
  2. improve acquisition reliability when there are multiple adjacent narrow carriers
  3. improve acquisition reliability for narrow carriers with very low SNR
  4. fix bug where the reported roll-off factor was sometimes incorrect
  5. add support for 25MHz reference clock
