• Mitsudome started work on porting milestones.

• Updates on core/universe repositories:

  • We should change the default branch from tier4/proposal to main
  • Lincense issue: Publish /estimated_vel_mps and /estimated_vel_kmph. #30 (comment)
    • Still waiting for ARM to make the comment. We can ping them again and move forward with proposed expression if they don't reply by next week.
  • Sample launch file for universe available in https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware_launch/tree/main/autoware_launch/launch
    • We can create a mapping from Autoware.Auto to Autoware.Universe to create transition guide
  • Contribution guide not ready yet.
    • Should we allow PR without related issue if it satisfies small MR condition
    • PR template currently waiting for review in Mod dpm ocv #56
      • The checklist becomes much smaller and move some of the items to contribution guide instead. The guide is still empty so we need to review which checklist in Gitlab should go into the new guide.

Other topics:

• Milestones for Bus ODD will be created under https://github.com/orgs/autowarefoundation/projects?type=beta
• Agenda for the next ASWG:
  • Mitsudome can provide a walk through of current Core/Universe status
  • We should at least have installation + simple tutorial available by then for people to investigate the source code.
  • Also, we should invite ITRI to give presentation about the Bus ODD project in the next or the following meeting.

Action Items

• Move the sample dataset from Tier IV GDrive to TSC GDrive.
• @alexandrx to create PR for install instruction without ansible script
