Description

retrain yolov10 based on tier4 data

Purpose

Due to some legal issues with directly using the YOLOv10 model trained on the COCO dataset from https://github.com/THU-MIG/yolov10, as well as concerns about insufficient generalization, we decided to retrain the model to address these problems.
