EVM<>NEAR connector:
This connector allows to strat bridging nft from EVM to Near.
Updates:
Updated the bridged-nft-token to use the standard NFT contract.
ERC721Locker.
Converted ERC721 repo from JS to TS.
Fix bugs and refactoring.
