The are three sequences. 1st Sequence- 1.The logs into the system with his username and password. 2.He/She lists the teams for the presentation 3. He/She sets the questions and marks ranges 4.He/She posts the form to make it available

2nd Sequence-1. Evaluators fill the form with marks and comments 2.The system calculates the averages for each section 3.The system calculates the total average 4.The final average is sent to the team through mail.

3rd Sequence-1.Students receive mails of their averages 2.They are able to retrieve the form to see averages and comments
