PE116/ reintegrate master (#186)

* fix: old wallets failing to load

* fix: PST transactions not getting mined

* fix: uploaded data not getting served by gateway
The GraphQL api is degraded and not returning data bundles properly.
We can revert back once it is stable.

* ux: allow shared file viewing on mobile

* Set workflow_dispatch

Allows manual run of github action

* Fixed some typos/grammar

* Modify to AGPL3.0

* Delete LICENSE.md

* task(ardrive-web): run pub update PE-116

* task(ardrive-web): use pubspec.lock from dev
