1.4.0 - Events and Interactions. New Ratings Prompt Interaction.

This release introduces the new Interaction and Event system to the SDK. The Ratings Prompt just got a lot more powerful. You can now trigger Ratings based on a more powerful set of logic that takes into account how many times an Event has been invoked. We introduce a new method that will create a record of an Event, and also display Interactions if the necessary conditions defined on the server are met.
