The goal for release 0.8.0 is to build the skeleton of an ActivityPub server, capable of loading properly structured RDF files, and exposing basic read operations via HTTP endpoint per the ActivityPub standard. It should include testing for each aspect of operation.

Release 0.8.0 will hopefully be the first project binary release, with a runnable jar published to maven, and a runnable docker image published to docker hub.
