Updated configuration_item to use provided sys_class_name

SUMMARY

Fixes a bug where the get_record method within the configuration_item module queries the general cmdb_ci table, regardless of the sys_class_name parameter provided by the user. This behaviour could result in incorrect or unintended record retrieval when a user specified a different class through sys_class_name, leading to potential conflicts and errors, especially when multiple records with the same name exist across different classes.
