For these type of networks a provisioning file must be created before trying to establish a connection in the WiFi tab. These provisioning files are located in /var/lib/connman and require root privileges to create and edit.
CMST provides a root helper that will allow you to create, edit and save provisioning files. Any file created by CMST will end with .cmst.config. CMST will also only allow editing of files with the same ending. To access the provisioning editor go to the Preferences tab in the main interface and put a check in the Advanced check box. This will cause a new button in the lower left hand corner to appear, called Provisioning Editor. Clicking that button will bring up this dialog.
