Rebuilt for alr 2.0, which broke previous post-fetch scripts.

Also moved the source archive repository

to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pmunts/alire-crates

I think what's happened in (Alire toolchain) / macos-latest and (alr dev) / macos-latest is that Github have silently updated macos-latest to macos-14, i.e Apple silicon based, but the alr that's installed is an Intel build. You can see the confusion here.

Aside from providing an aarch64 (or universal) alr, the only (temporary) fix I can see is to run on macos-13.

That said, I don't see how (MacPorts) / macos-latest worked :-(
