To build everything, we can use commands like
./change-cuda-versions.sh x.x

mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip -Dlibnd4j.cuda=x.x -Dlibnd4j.compute=xx
or
mvn clean install -Ptestresources -Ptest-native -Dlibnd4j.cuda=x.x -Dlibnd4j.compute=xx
