Usually, if you say "Turn on the lights from 8PM until 10PM", it means at 8:00:00 PM they should turn on, and at 10:00:00 PM they should turn off. That is, the ON interval is from 8PM inclusive, to 10PM exclusive. This patch implements this feature.
