PlotPedestalAndNoise

Introduction

This is a rootana plotter module which plots the pedestal of each channel against the noise. These are calculated by taking the mean and the RMS of the first n samples in the digitised waveform.

Usage

The number of samples can be configured in the modules file with the option n_sigma

Note that this module creates an SQLite database (pedestals-and-noises.sqlite) for use by PulseCandidateFinder
