Track provider persistent storage
ProviderSnapshotStoragetableProviderSnapshotand renamed the old ones to ephemeral.Providertable. We recently addedlastSnapshotId&lastSuccessfulSnapshotIdon theProvidertable and it is easy to get the stats from there.
