Major Change

BrailleR::drafty() function has been developed to provide non-RStudio users with an alternative and interactive way to make R Markdown drafts based on already-existing Rmd templates found on their system.

Changes in `./R/` Directory

drafty.R file has been added (Please inspect the file content for further use case).

Changes in `./DESCRIPTION` File

yesno and tibble packages have been added to Imports: field. (Those are required for newly developed BrailleR::drafty() function).
ORCID information has been added for JooYoung Seo.

Commands Used for Manual and Package Build

I will leave this work for @ajrgodfrey not to mess up any existing documents. (Please let me know what mechanism you use for this phase. Do you use Rd2roxygen::rab() or devtools::check()`?
