What do these changes do?
These changes improve the README by including a more detailed installation instruction for multiple OS' with Python and Docker. Additionally I included a troubleshooting section for common errors I experienced and I provided a potential real world use case. To better organize everything I included a Table of Contents at the beginning of the README.
Are there changes in behavior for the user?
There are no changes in the code, the changes lie within the README and only improve the setup process for users and developers.
