Statamic 5 requires `"maennchen/zipstream-php": "^3.1"` but `stechstudio/laravel-zipstream` doesn’t yet support that version. We have to wait for the update as per stechstudio/laravel-zipstream#107
This will be installed when running `composer require league/flysystem-aws-s3-v3 "^3.0" --with-all-dependencies`

This PR adds support for Statamic 5 and Laravel 11 while also applying some minor refactoring under the hood.
