cargo build --release

cp target/release/howto ~/.local/bin/

chmod +x ~/.local/bin/howto

Credentials

Chuck an API key in ~/.howto-cli/credentials

OR

Set the HOWTO_CLI_OPENAI_API_KEY environment variable
