fixbug with success logs : all runs were success preventing cronjob launch (always less than 12 hours since last launch).
added help for running the script for other users than me :
1. more detailed README file
2. dockerization to avoid having to install poetry, dependencies, etc...
3. fix example.env file for use with docker (correct format)
4. add example run.sh script to build and run docker containers with explanation in README
