Compile or Preview?

Some examples need to be compiled (they lack a script reference to "modest-preview.js"), and others can previewed. It's pretty easy to add a reference to jquery and modest-preview to make a modest html file previewable.

Here is an example of a gist that needs to be compiled, and here is the same example in a version that can be previewed.
