Matlab_Synapse_Interface

Matlab control of a TDT system for stimulus generation and multi-channel recordings, using the Synapse Matlab API.

Includes:

1) GUI_FRA.m

A Matlab GUI for creating FRA stimulus paradigm files and controlling the Synapse program.

2) GUI_Stim.m

A Matlab GUI for creating Oddball stimulus paradigm files and controlling the Synapse program.

3) Synapse files for a system consisting of an RZ2, RZ6 and PZ5.
