fix: add apis-override-select2js to dependencies

APIS overrides select2js to be able to provide autocomplete fields that
also integrate extenral sources. So far users had to install the
dependency manually- given that APIS functionality depends on the
package, it makes sense to make it a real dependency.

Closes: #389
