This is a major bug fix release for Windows. The -extract option was not working on Windows in previous 1.2.x pre-releases

To install, download scancode-toolkit-1.2.3.zip or scancode-toolkit-1.2.3.tar.bz2 from the Downloads section below and follow installation instructions in the README at
