Initial Release of Synthetic Stream Gauges

This is the initial release of the Synthetic Stream Gauges project. It includes all the necessary code for generating synthetic data, as well as for training and evaluating LSTM models, to reproduce the analyses presented in our study, "A Proof of Concept for Improving Estimates of Ungauged Basin Streamflow via an LSTM-Based Synthetic Network Simulation Approach".
