Adds `No more posts` functionality:

Displays an inactive button with default label of No More Posts when the user reaches the end of the query.
Adds new input field in the pagination block to customize the text. Leaving the field blank will omit the button entirely.

Also includes a fix for minor bug in Infinite Scroll:
